The marks on this suggest it's from the mid 20th Century
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage silver plated inkstand
Probably by Elkington & Co., Birmingham, England, mid-late 19th Century
The scalloped tray with pierced backsplash and three reserves and container for ink/quill (center), and two flanking glass silver-plate mounted vessels (for ink), with a gadrooned pen tray, on short paw feet. Marked 1519 / C/C and with maker's marks for Elkington & Co. etc below.
4-1/2 inches tall, 9-1/2 inches wide, 7 inches deep.
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: inherited
