A roll-top desk (49 inches high, 53 inches wide, 29 inches deep) - $500-700
A two-drawer filing cabinet (29 inches high, 18 1/2 inches wide, 18 1/2 inches deep) - $200-300
A three-drawer chest of drawers (34 inches high, 35 1/2 inches wide, 17 inches deep) - $300-500
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition

I'm highly suspect of eBay prices; they can "say" that they sold for whatever the price is but there's no guarantee of that and eBay won't confirm, largely because seller's control what prices are quoted.
If you look at this site: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/search/?keyword=smith%20rolltop%20desk&sort=-relevance&status=archive, you'll see a few Smith roll-top desks and the auction prices they brought. My value of $500-700 on the desk stands but if you can find a recent auction sale on a site like Invaluable or LiveAuctioneers or Bidsquare, I would certainly be happy to reconsider. Those are verifiable auctions we consult for comparables.
I uploaded some pictures/screenshots of addidtional comps from 2021 and 2020. Is there a reason why those roll-top desks are selling for so much higher?
