A vintage Sterling Pottery "Town Crier" Toby Jug
made in Stoke-on-Trent, England, bearing the mark in use from 1947-1950, when the company was acquired by Ridgway (at which point, all pieces would say Ridgway).
The figural jug in the form of a Colonial town crier with tricorne hat, holding a bell and document, marked underneath.
9 1/2 inches tall
CONDITION: client attests this is in excellent condition
