The presented object appears to be the hardcover book written by the British author Henry Fielding (1707-1754) with the title "The History of the Adventures of Joseph Andrews, and his friend Mr. Abraham Adams" or short title of the back of the book "The Avan of Jose Andrews". This is the first volume of two which was published by Andrew Millar in 1751 in London as the fifth edition of this title.
