Signed by Hutchinson Frame and painting are in excellent shape

Dear Sharon Benton,
Thank you for your appraisal submission. The work is not a painting, but a giclee print with varnish to give the textured effect of a painting. It is a reproduction after Robert Hutchison's (Scottish, 1855-1936) "The Village Shop." Given its modern digital printing technique, the work must be from the late 20th century/21st century.
Hutchison was a Naturalist painter with indirect ties to the Glasgow School movement. He often painted children, "The Village Shop" being an example of this artistic trend. Due to its nature as a print reproduction, your work does not carry the same value as the original painting, and its commonality amongst the market does not serve to increase the value either. For this reason, we estimate the Fair Market Value of this work between $0 and $200.
Thank you again for your appraisal submission. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below.
Kind regards,
Charlotte B.
