The presented object appears to be a giclee or lithograph print on canvas with 18 x 27
inches measurements. The painting depicts a seaside landscape with a lighthouse and has the title "Clearing Storms". It was made by the artist THOMAS KINKADE (AMERICAN, 1958 - 2012) in 1997. It is signed on the plate and also signed by hand.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 150 to 300USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
