Treadway Inn & Resort rocking chair made by Nichols & Stone Co numbered 736-114. The art work on the head rest is worn but you can still see the Treadway design. It seems to have newer screws (see pic) in it so I'm assuming its not really old. I came across this while cleaning out a rental house, not sure how it got there.
I was cleaning out one of my rental houses and it was in the basement covered in garbage. No details where it came from.
