Hardcover, no dust jacket, blue aqua and beige coloring with blue writing on cover. Publisher Grosset and Dunlop of New York. Unsure of publication date but inscription on first page before title page says "Cecil Drury Xmas 1924 From Mrs Surry" Excellent condition, pages good and spine in perfect condition. Doesn't show signs of being read.

This is a copy of Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson that was published by Grosset & Dunlop, undated, though printed about 1910. There is a gif inscription from 1924, inscriptions, unless from someone historically famous and relevent, do not impact value. This book sells for a bit higher when accompanied with the original dustjacket. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
