This appears to be an impressive chinese late 20th century patinated pot metal or bronze statue depicting a Mongol warrior on horseback or Genghis Khan. Possibly inspired by one of those statues you can find all over Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. The remains of the mold are still visible in the crevices. These statues are being mass produced by unknown craftsmen, they are basically home decor items.
