The presented object appears to be a Colt US Army Model 1909 with an blue finish, 45. CAL and probably custom made horn grips. The serial number is #39691 which dates this revolver into the year 1911.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 350 to 700 USD.
