Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a mid 20th century italian painting, signed Ruffo. There is no biographical information on the artist available. It must have been an accomplished artist who specialized in coastal mediterranean motis. Similar paintings by this artist were sold at auctions. The estimate is based on these results. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
