This is a Rococo revival carved walnut(?) settee that could have been made in both the US or Europe, at the end of the 19th century or early 20th Century.
The Rococo revival emerged in the mid 19th Century, particularly during the Victorian era, reviving the playful ornament of the 18th Century French Rococo. The aesthetic was defined by scrolling curves, shells, flowers, gilding and elaborate carving. Popular in furniture, interiors, silver, ceramics and other types of decorative arts, it reflected Victorian fascination with historical styles while emphasizing luxury and craftsmanship.
This style of furniture is not very popular with collectors today and when this type of sofa or couch is offered at auction, they've been bringing lower prices than they once did, historically; this would likely sell in the range of $400-600 if the upholstery is in relatively clean condition.
