I have found this exact doll online for around $60 labeled as a vintage porcelain pioneer doll, but no info on the date it is from. She actually has a key that can put in the back and wound up to play music, the music is still crisp and sounds good. she is 14 inches tall her outfit includes socks, shoes, pants, skirt, dress, apron and bonnet, and then the key for the music.

Thanks again, Amber, this is useful.
Cloth musical dolls are another segment of the doll market that is both plentiful and not terribly popular, hence the relatively low value with more supply than demand. I found the other doll you mentioned on eBay and think they're asking a fair price given that you'd be unlikely to get more for it if you sold it at auction ($30-50).
All set on this one,
Delia
she also has no marks, and there are no marks on the keys, her body is soft the front of her belly is soft but the back of her where the music box is is hard
