The presented object appears to be a pistol made by Ketland & Co in London. It was probably converted from a flintlock lock to a percussion lock. It was made in the early 19th century.
This piece is in bad condition and there is a serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 250 USD.
