What does this mean?

This is a later 20th century reproduction printed image of an 1882 painting by the French artist Henri Toulouse-Lautrec (1864-1901). The original, which is an oil on canvas is part of the collection at the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum in Albi, France. The reproduction color lithograph print image was published by Atelier Gourdan (sic) in 1975. The Certificate of Authenticity is rather dubious in that it misleads the reader in to thinking this was signed by the artist, which it is not, for quite obvious reasons. In addition the Atelier name is mistyoed, it is Atelier Gourdon of Paris, not Gourdan. 1500 copies of this image were printed.
