made by Ernst Heubach in Koppelsdorf, Germany, 1887-1932
The bisque head with painted features, blue eyes and blond hair, the jointed composition (plaster over wood) body wearing blue velvet dress. Marked to the back of the head "Heubach Koppelsdorf /312 SUR /Germany."
