13 3/8" Statue of what looks like mother crying holding heart. Google lens keeps coming up as Pre-Columbian but I'm not sure.

Description

The statue has almost a hollow metal sound when tapped. Openings at mouth and vaginal area, she is clasping something in her left hand and holding it to her face, protruding rib cage from the back view, detailed carving on top of head and arm bracelets. Faded white painting design for necklace and going down shoulders. No signature or markings. Cuts for toes/fingers. It is in excellent condition with no chipping or cracking anywhere. The dark brown parts feel smoother to the touch than the sides & right behind the feet where it is a lighter brown color-those areas feel rougher to the touch.
