The presented object appears to be cast metal statue with the measurements of 7 ft height. The statue depicts a woman with a Cupid holding a torch which is an electrified light. This statue is a later recast after a French bronze of the late 19th century. Such large-sized recasts were mostly made in the second half of the 20th century in Asia. It was probably made out of bronze or a similar non-ferrous metal.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 1500 to 3000 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

I am sorry that you expected and higher estimate. Such bronzes, if it is bronze, are offered up to 10.000 USD. But sadly this is just asking prices. Similar objects were produced in high numbers and are recently offered on the auction market and a base auction estimate should be in the named price range. Sometimes they sell to higher prices above 4.000 USD but this is explainable regarding the bidding behavior which is unpredictable.
