Size: With the frame included it is 39.5 inches by 14.75 inches. The size without the frame is 12.0 inches by 36.5 inches. It has a maker's mark on the back, but it is torn and the name is unreadable, but it does say "Canada" on it. I bought the mirror in Souris, Manitoba in Canada. The person who sold it to me had no idea about provenance, but did say it was from around 1910.

Dear Victoria,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please upload a few images of the makers mark and label that are on the back of the frame?
Thanks
Good morning, Victoria,
Thank you for the additional photograph.
You have an Edwardian carved and parcel gilt trumeau mirror with painted side panels, in the French taste, early 20th century. It could have been made in Canada, or the US, England or Europe. I think the sticker refers to import or retailing the mirror. The style is fairly formal and not very desirable in the current market. Similar ones are selling for between $100 and $200 at auction today.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you again for using Mearto.
