I am not sure who made this doll. It belonged to someone in her family. There is a Women's Day magazine article from 1965 that describes it as a rare blonde with spill curls. My mother grew up in Iowa and her family origins go back to Norway. As you can see in the pictures one of the arms has been damaged and the stuffing is exposed. .

The doll is about 20 inches tall.
