The presented object appears to be a Max Oscar Arnold Welsch bisque porcelain head doll. It was made in Germany and the maker's mark is visible on the back of the neck "MOA 200 Welsch Made in Germany". This doll was made in the late 19th or early 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. The doll comes with a chair which the producer is unknown.
