This item is a combination of feathers and I assume a brass backing. I inherited it via the Jack Warner estate, from Mrs. Ann Warner's lady companion. I am not sure if it is a hair ornament or a brooch. It is missing a few feathers, but in otherwise good condition.

2 1/2 inches long and about an inch at its widest point.
