Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique late Victorian carved tiger oak armchair
Unattributed maker, English, circa 1900-1910
With foliate relief-carved ears, the back with over-the-crest floral patterned upholstery with silk trim, flat arms, the squared legs with foliate relief-carved tops, on casters. Presumably unmarked.

CONDITION: This chair appears to be in good condition. Value assumes the upholstery is clean with no tears, stains or odors, and that the frame of the chair has no repairs or losses.
