What does this mean?

The value of your 3 arm candelabra will really depend on whether this is marked 'sterling', '925' or has hallmarks such as the British do to indicate that this is sterling. The marks are usually located on the underside. If there is not a mark indicating sterling, then the candleholder is plated silver. The design is pushed out from the inside, likely indicating that this is hollow and weighted. The maker name will also impact value, if it is sterling and produced by Tiffany or Gorham, for example, then the sale value is significantly higher than if it were made by a lesser name maker. The current estimate here is based on the candelabra being unmarked and plated.
