English, first half 19th Century
The hinged rectangular case with brass-mounted lid opening to a gilt-embossed green leather writing surface lifting to reveal a document well and fitted with dividers for pens, etc.
4 1/2 inches high by 16 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches deep
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
