The glass vessel is 14.75" tall. Including the two black-painted, wood From the bottom of the base to the top (glass + the black-painted wood bottom and top bases, it's 17.5" tall. From the bottom of the base to the top of the harp, including finial, it is 28 7/8" tall.
The lamp socket/switch is made by the Golo Yang company, a Taiwanese manufacturer of lamp components since 1972. However, there a is much more pronounced patina on the brass ferrule that connects the harp to the lamp base (visible in the photo). So I assume this lamp is considerably older but was rewired at some point in the past 20-30 years.
