The most distinctive feature isn't actually the color—it's the fine concentric rings across the entire plate. Those rings were formed in the mold and are a deliberate design element rather than decoration added afterward. Combined with the frosted trumpet stem, they suggest a designer collection rather than a mass-market retailer.

This could have been made in Italy by IVV (Industria Vetraria Valdarnese), which did make pieces with acid-frosted stems and textured plates, a graduated red-to-clear coloration and concentric ribbing.

I've also considered the German glassworks Leonardo, but they rarely used color fades. Kosta Boda DID use color-fades but the concentric optic texture is unusual for them.

This is also similar to pieces by RCR Cristalleria Italiana and Bormioli Rocco, which offer similar minimalist Italian styling.

All of these makers used acid-etched marks or molded logos or paper or foil labels. I don't see any of those in any of these photos and am assuming you've looked very carefully.

If this were to come to auction/the secondary market, it would likely sell for between $50 and $75. If you're looking to sell this privately, I would ask $100 or more, to avoid underselling this.
