Yes, this is the work of Victor Salmones (1937–1989), a prominent Mexican sculptor known for his mastery of bronze casting and for creating elegant, realistic figurative sculptures. Salmones worked primarily with the lost-wax method of bronze casting, a technique he used to create many lifelike and graceful works, often depicting the human form in motion or repose.
