Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a Gebruder Heubach porcelain doll or a reproduction of it. The quality of the girl doll is very good, the smaller baby doll is of lesser quality and here it will be difficult to attribute it to a certain manufacturer, possibly one of the larger, e.g. Armand Marseille. Handmade doll clothes of the period should increase the value of the dolls. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
