This appears to be handmade as the dimensions vary from 13 5/8” w diameter to 13 7/8” h. Appears to be copper. The hanger on the back appears to be attached at a later date.
I was told by my grandmother that my great grandmother brought this with her when she left Edinburgh in the 1890’s to come to America. Her mother, my great great grandmother, worked as a maid at Balmoral castle.

Depicting a crowned figure in profile against a stippled ground, within a double beaded border, the rim with stylized foliage in relief and crimped edge. The back mounted with a later hanger.
