What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 19th century electroforming / Galvanoplastik copper relief depicting a religious scene, most likely referring to "Let the children come to me and do not hold them back, for men like them belong to God's heavenly kingdom." (Mt 19,14). Such relgious plaques were mass produced, the more luxurious were also silver plated. The unknown artist might have been inspired by a painting which he transformed into a three dimensional work of art. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
