My great aunt was a secretary for Walt Disney. When she retired, the Imagineers drew this character poster and everyone signed it. It is probably over 50 years old at least.

Hi Jay,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The audience that appreciates this poster the most will be Am and her family; beyond that, it will have modest appeal other than to archivists who might be interested in this from a historic standpoint. One auction house in California that often sells Disneyana might be interested in selling this as they have clients who collect it and might be interested in it. If you'd like Mearto to help sell this through them, please let us know.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Walt Disney Mickey Mouse employee-signed retirement poster
circa 1970s
The image depicts Mickey Mouse standing in profile with his head towards the viewer and holding his hat with his right hand, the words "AM, THANKS FOR ALL THE YEARS" center right, the poster and surrounding mat profusely populated with pencil and ink signatures and inscriptions to Am, wishing her a good retirement.
27-1/2 by 21-1/2 inches, matted and framed.
CONDITION: This signed retirement poster appears to be in good condition.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
$ 300-500*

Thanks for checking on whether Walt Disney's signature is anywhere on this. I've finished the appraisal; if you'd like suggestions on any auction houses who might be interested, please let me know.
Thanks and have a great day,
Delia
This is all I have as to a time frame. I will scour the signatures tomorrow for Walt’s autograph.
