This chandelier is a Hollywood Regency or French Empire style brass and crystal 8-light model. While I've found similar versions being offered for sale online by private or trade retailers, when these come to auction, they usually sell for less than $1,200.

unattributed maker, probably American, mid 20th Century
With two tiers of four lights each, with cut or pressed glass bobeches and scrolled arms. Presumably unsigned.
Height: 27 inches (excluding chain); diameter: 26 inches
CONDITION: This appears to be in good condition.
