Dear customer,
Thank you for your email. Indeed this motif reminds me of the British artist Ellen Ladell (1886-1898). Such still-life motifs are very common and sadly this painting is not signed. Also, it is in very bad and damaged condition. There are traces of a large restoration in the middle and large parts of the oil color are beginning to solve from the canvas. It is possible that this is a copy after Ellen Ladell (1886-1898).
With kind regards,
George
