Gene Beecher
This lot is up for auction this week and I was wondering if this lot was worth purchasing. I copied and pasted their description: Gene Beecher expressionist style of "Day Dreaming". While he is in his mid 80's he still paints every day. Most of his art can be seen at Joy Moos Gallery in Miami. Looks like pencil originals, signed by artist. Under glass 19" x 13" and other is 11" x 13.5"

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. These appear to be pencil drawings after pin up calendars of the 1950s, copies done by an unknown mid 20th century amateur artist with the name Gene Beecher. There is no expressionsit style to it at all. I don´t think there is any connection to the artist mentioned in the description. The estimate is based on similar drawings offered or sold at auction.
