What does this mean?

Hi Steven,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The mottling of this pitcher is characteristic of the works of Charles Scheider but he usually signed his works so I'm not able to firmly attribute this to him. If it were signed, the value would be higher.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An Art Nouveau style yellow and white hand-blown glass vase
manner of Schneider, French, early 20th Century
Of circular section with clear loop handle, the body in mottled yellow and white, apparently unmarked
8 1/2 inches high, 6 inches width across handle
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: inherited
$300-500*
