Glass vase signed (by artist on bottom not sure of the signature name please provide) and numbered: 2.27.06.1 or possibly 2.27.00.1 but I think that’s a 6. Dimension in photo no chips or cracks etc. interested in knowing the artist and value for insurance.

It’s above the number and I’d say maybe foxi with a line under it so the F could be a E. Here’s a much better picture.
Fair market value is fine.
