Dear Dawn,
Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a so-called Rhyton drinking vessel. It has the shape of the head of a bull or cow and a relief of a throning person clad with a toga. This piece was made in the late 19th or higher possible in the 20th century. The type of this rhyton does not fit with the throning scene which is related to Byzantine and early Christian art. Also, the details of the workmanship are a hint that this is a later object. Nevertheless, it is an interesting and decorative piece.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 50 to 150 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
