Description
6" tall, base is 3 1/2" wide, around the base are four markings: (first) WHS (second) picture of an anchor with a cross as the top part of the anchor (third) a picture of a lion (fourth) f The bottom of each candlestick has felt on it.

This appears to be a very attractive pair of english silver overlay candlesticks manufactured by or sold through William Henry Sparrow, with the company´s sponsor mark and the Birmingham Silver hallmarks for the year 1905.
