It’s made of glass, no markings as to who the manufacturer is. Been in the family’s possession for 60 years or so.

American or English, late 19th Century
Of circular section, the top bowl with scalloped edge, cross-cut diamond pattern, the knopped base with cross-hatched decoration issuing faceted crystal pendants, on an X-decorated circular foot. Unmarked.
