Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an italian coastal landscape painting by Heinz Ross (*1928).
He learned his craft in Posen and later on at the Folkwang University in Werden. He worked in Munich and Düsseldorf and was known for a wide variety of alpine, italian and spanish landscapes. Some of his paintings sell for very low prices, but a decorative coastal landscape with beach, boats and palmtrees should sell in the price range listed.
