This is dated signed and printed and appears to have come from up north PA in the states from a fakery of two brothers Roger Klinger being one of the brothers.

Unknown other than the man that died was 95 he had this I was told for 55 yrs and it is 100 yrs old possibly

I believe you have been misled about how old this picture is - the man who painted it was alive and painting in the 1970s, and this is dated 1976 rather than 1876.
