What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an offset print ( lithograph is a euphemism) after a painting by Joan Miro, Spanish (1893-1983), published in 1965, Edition: 50 + 10 HC, paper size: 22 x 17.5 inches. Similar prints have been offered at auction. The estimate is based on these few results, "asking prices" in the trade can be as high as $1500. The frame has some value, but is not part of this appraisal.
