I've done quite a bit of digging but can't find an exact match to the RM or RW mark on this chandelier.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage hand-blown Murano ruby glass 8-arm chandelier
Made in Murano, Venice, circa 1981
Fashioned in ruby glass throughout, with 8 trumpet-form globes and scrolling elements, with pendant drops. engraved below rim, marked RM or RW
40 inches tall, 25 inches diameter
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: acquired in Murano, Italy 20 years ago, circa 2000
