From what I can tell its a Murano glass owl that weighs a decent amount. It looks to have silver speckles throughout an inner layer of the owl. It has some air bubbles that are asymmetrical as well as the "ears" look to be smoothly attached on the left side while ending with a rougher lip on the right side. This has made me guess that it was hand blown. There are no seams on the glass. There is a sticker on the front that says "Made in Murano Italy". I cannot find a similar piece on the internet so I have no other information to provide.
