Dear Daniel - You own a 19th century, Italian oil on canvas painting of two boys and a dog. It does appear that there is some serious flaking to the upper right corner and some areas of additional damage to the surface, unfortunately, these will affect the value of the piece and if it were offered at auction I would expect it to sell in the range of $80 to $100.
