The appraised items are a floral upholstered couch and love seat set, which appears to be from the third quarter of the 20th century. Both appear to be in good condition, age considered. Unfortunately, there isn't much demand for floral upholstered furniture on the secondary, or auction market. Someone would purchase this, most likely with the assumption that they would have to pay to have it reupholstered in more modern fabric. As such, the value is reflective of this additional cost to the buyer. I would suggest selling on craigslist or gumtree, since you will likely realize more than at auction.
