The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with the measurements of 22 x 21 inches. The painting depicts a still life with a bunch of flowers in a Chinese porcelain vessel with ormolu mounting. This painting was probably made in the 1910s or 1920s. The signature is sadly not clearly readable. The first name could be interpreted as "Rosi". The last name is not completely solvable. I interpret the first letter clearly as an "M", then two vocals like "a" and "o". The depiction and the perspective are a hint that this painting was made by a not academically educated artist.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
