Dear sir/madam,

Hope you are well.

This painting has a tear and small burn in the middle top. I assume that the appraisal is based on the current painting condition (as is).

The painting is in the process to be restored by a professional conservator.

Could you please do me a favor and provide the appraisal after the restoration as well.

After restoring the small burn and the tear, located in the middle top, right next to each other, as shown in the pictures attached.
