Painting? Raoul Duffy
I'm not sure if this is a painting or print. I have not been able to find a picture of this particular piece. It is possibly a water color on some type of cardboard. Measures 22" wide by 18" including frame.

The presented object appears to be a lithograph print on paper with the measurements of 22 x 18 inches. This is a print after an painting or drawing by Raoul DUFY (1877-1953). It is signed with an felt-tip pen with the name Raul Dufy. This signature appears to be not authentic and made by the artist himself.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
Sadly this classifies this artwork as a forgery.
